What is the GoFly TraceBack Secure™ Tag? plus
The GoFly TraceBack Secure™ Tag is a lost luggage recovery solution built into every GoFly bag. It contains a unique alphanumeric ID and a QR code printed discreetly on the tag. This TraceBack Secure™ ID acts as a secure digital identity for your bag, helping someone who finds it to return it to you quickly and safely.
Is the QR code trackable or linked to my location? plus
No. The QR code is static and completely private. It does not track your location, movements, or identity. When scanned, it opens a secure GoFly return portal where a finder can enter the bag’s TraceBack Secure™ ID and their contact information.

There is no GPS, no Bluetooth, no app, and no tracking involved. Your privacy is protected by design.
How does the GoFly TraceBack Secure™ system work? plus
1. Register your TraceBack Secure™ ID online through the GoFly TraceBack™ Registration Portal.
2. If your bag is lost, the finder can contact GoFly by entering the ID or scanning the QR code.
3. GoFly verifies the claim, arranges pickup, and ships your bag back to you.

This is a tech-free, secure, and goodwill-based luggage return process.
Do I have to pay to get my bag back? plus
No. GoFly covers all costs for the luggage return process, including logistics, pickup, and shipping. You will never be charged. This is part of our TraceBack Secure™ promise, ensuring that lost bag recovery is free for all customers.
What if I already registered my product for the extended warranty? plus
If you have already registered your GoFly product online for the extended warranty, your TraceBack Secure™ Tag is automatically activated. No extra steps are needed for lost luggage protection.
I haven’t registered my TraceBack Secure™ ID. What should I do? plus
Go to the GoFly TraceBack Secure™ Registration Portal, enter the code from your bag’s tag, and provide your name, email, and phone number. Once verified, your luggage is protected under the GoFly lost bag return system.
What if I find a lost GoFly bag? plus
Please:
1. Visit the GoFly TraceBack Secure™ portal.
2. Enter the bag’s ID or scan the QR code.
3. Share your name, contact number (verified via OTP), and the city where you found it.

We will take care of the rest, including coordination, pickup, and return to the owner.
Will my bag be opened if it is found and reported? plus
In certain cases, authorized security agencies may open and check your bag before it is returned. This is a standard safety measure to ensure contents are safe and to comply with travel security rules. All inspections are supervised and handled with respect for your belongings.
Why did GoFly create TraceBack Secure™ instead of using GPS? plus
