At GoFly, we are committed to offering durable, high-quality travel gear. This luggage warranty policy outlines customer rights and our obligations for manufacturing defects in GoFly luggage.
1. GoFly Warranty Coverage
1.1 Applicable Products
This policy applies to all GoFly luggage – cabin bags, medium suitcases, and large-sized check-in bags.
1.2 Warranty Duration
Your GoFly luggage is covered under the following warranty terms:
- 3 years standard warranty from the date of purchase
- +2 year extended warranty (total 5 years) if registered within 30 days at www.gofly.world/pages/traceback
2. What Is Covered Under Warranty
The GoFly luggage warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:
- Wheels – breakage or malfunction under regular use
- Trolley Handles – issues with telescopic or push-button systems
- Shell/Body – cracking or deformation due to manufacturing faults
- Zippers – breakage or functional failure under normal use
- Top/Side Handles – structural damage under regular conditions
3. What Is Not Covered
- Airline or transit damage (claimable directly with the airline)
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, fading, or scuffs
- Product misuse, overloading, or negligence
- Forgotten or reset TSA lock passcodes
- Normal wear and tear including wrinkles, peeling, or surface blemishes
- Damage caused by chemical exposure, solvents, or extreme temperatures
- Repairs or modifications by unauthorized third parties
- Items sent for promotional activities, influencer collaborations, or PR campaigns (not eligible for warranty claims)
4. International Warranty Policy
GoFly offers international warranty support:
If you are located outside India and face a manufacturing defect, you’re eligible for a full refund upon verification.
Note: Global repair or part shipping is currently unavailable. If you visit India, repairs or replacements will be provided at authorized service centers.
5. How to Register and Claim Your GoFly Warranty
- Register your product within 30 days of purchase at www.gofly.world/pages/traceback
- To initiate a warranty claim:
a). Fill the Claim Warranty form available at www.gofly.world/pages/warranty-claim
b). Keep proof of purchase (invoice is compulsory)
Note: You will be required to submit product details, a description of the issue, and supporting images/videos. We will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps.

6. Repair or Replacement Policy
If your GoFly luggage has a covered defect, we will:
- Repair the defective component, or
- Replace the product at our discretion
If the same product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable model. If the replacement product is of a lower value, we may issue you a GoFly coupon for the price difference, valid on future purchases. If it is of a higher value, you will only need to pay the difference.
7. Warranty Limitations & Conditions
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
- Maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase price
- No liability for incidental or consequential damages
- Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized agents
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This warranty is governed by Indian law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts, where Olmo Trends Private Limited is registered.
9. Right to Amend Warranty Policy
GoFly (Olmo Trends Private Limited) reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. The latest version is always available at www.gofly.world/pages/warranty.
